Aaron Lee Chief Executive Officer
As a 30+ year marketing and creative professional, for the past 20 years Aaron has owned and operated one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies in the US. Appearing on the Inc 5000 list of Fastest Growing companies in the US 4 time and also repeated recognition by various Best Places to Work Awards, Aaron is a proven entrepreneurial leader. Aaron continues to serve as an active member leader in the global Entrepreneurs’ Organization on the Presidents Council and Member Experience Director for the US East Region. A South Florida resident for 40 years, Aaron is a proud father of pro EA Madden player, Mattstergamer and Aaron continues to pursue his favorite hobby, playing video games.

Hector Rosario Chief Experience Officer
Hector grew up in the Bronx to a Puerto Rican immigrant family and moved to Ft. Lauderdale at age 14. He got his first computer at the age of 20 and immediately took to gaming. In 2012, he was signed as a professional DOTA 2 player and in 2013 he moved on from competing professionally and founded his own team, FlipSid3 Tactics, which brought home its first Rocket League world championship in 2016. Following this Hector co-founded StatsHelix, the first professional esports performance analytics technology platform and currently he is coach of the 100 Thieves world champion Valorant team.

Our purpose and vision for esports

Our mission is to provide a unique platform that enables a positive group experience for youth with an interest in pursuing a professional future in video games.  But, PYTHOS doesn’t want to just prepare players for careers, we want to directly create professional opportunities for our players as they progress and improve their skills. These career opportunities won’t be limited to competitive play, but will also include coaching, content, and league management. Our vision is to be able to provide players with a proprietary and certified digital esports resume that will demonstrate a data-driven record of experience, results, education and community engagement.
