Ligue 1 football club AS Monaco has extended its partnership with online sports betting company VBET until 2030.

Following five years of sponsorship, VBET will continue as the club’s official sports betting partner, with the company’s logo featured on the front of players’ shorts.

AS Monaco And VBET To Create Exclusive Social Media Content

As part of the deal, VBET branding will be highly visible at Monaco’s Stade Louis-II stadium, as well as on signage and online media.

There is also an agreement to produce exclusive content with AS Monaco players, to be shared across social media with more than 26 million followers.

In return, VBET will offer some unique, money-can’t-buy experiences to lucky Monaco fans.

Who Owns VBET?

VBET is a subsidiary of the SoftConstruct group, with ambassadors including Monagasque legend Youri Djorkaeff. Operating worldwide, the online gaming operator is continuing to grow in the European market.

As well as partnering with AS Monaco, VBET is an official sponsor of numerous clubs and leagues across football and hockey in both Europe and America.

In esports, VBET  has previously teamed up with Passion UA, an esports organisation created by Arsenal footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko, and Alliance.

VBET Sponsoring AS Monaco Is A Win-Win

As news broke of the latest extension of VBET’s partnership with AS Monaco, representatives from both parties were excited by the renewed deal.

In an official press release on the club’s website, AS Monaco CEO Thiago Scuro said: “We’re delighted to be continuing our great adventure with VBET for even longer. This latest extension, following the one for 2022, demonstrates the strength and richness of this partnership for our two entities.

“We are convinced that VBET’s renewed support for the next four seasons will be precious to us in our quest to achieve our objectives and to write new beautiful pages in the history of AS Monaco together.”

In the same press release, SoftConstruct & VBET France President David Ozararat added: “The SoftConstruct group is enthusiastically renewing its trust in AS Monaco, having successfully worked together over the past 5 seasons thanks to the sporting performances and quality of the business team.”

AS Monaco Esports Continues To Grow

As well as the footballing arm of the club, AS Monaco also runs a growing esports division.

Primarily competing in football-related games like EA FC (formerly FIFA), and eFootball (formerly PES), the esports team compete in a number of different tournaments.

Founded in 2016, AS Monaco esports plays in eLigue 1 McDonald’s and has previously won the eFootball Championship Pro.

Aside from football games, the esports team has also competed in Rocket League, Street Fighter and Dragon Ball Fighter Z.
