In her new role, Lagrange will focus on building the brand’s visibility and engagement across Europe and America.

In addition, she has worked independently as an Esports Industries Specialist, collaborating with international clients including online media platforms and mobile video games publishers to deliver against growth and profitability targets.

The newly appointed Marketing Director commented: “I am thrilled to join Esports Awards at such an exciting time. Over the past seven years, Mike and his team have built a stand-out platform in the industry. With the team’s amazing experience and the support of our partners, I am convinced we are uniquely positioned to deliver a best-in-class experience. I am very excited about what we can achieve at Esports Awards.”

Lagrange also held the position of Marketing Director at French video game company ECLYPSIA where she implemented the company’s first fundraising at a €10m (~£8.4m) valuation. Overall, she holds over 15 years of experience in marketing.
