Owners of the Fan Token will gain access to exclusive content, discounts for Team oNe products, and participation in exclusive raffles. A limited offering upon launch will also gift buyers with Team oNe’s jerseys, casual shirts, classes with coaches and other experiences with the organisation.
“We chose to do this with Liqi, as it is a safe and credible platform. We have high expectations with this partnership, it’s a chance for our own community to help Team oNe be bigger,” commented Team oNe CEO, Alexandre Kakavel, in the official press release.
Liqi has been gaining space within Brazilian esports over the course of 2022. Earlier this year, the company signed Vivo Keyd as a partner and joined Razer and Kaspersky as sponsors of a VALORANT tournament in the country. In both cases, Liqi provided its partners with digital products hosted on its own platform.
Besides Vivo Keyd, Team oNe is also accompanied in the Fan Token world by Immortals Gaming Club-owned esports organisation MIBR, which recently announced its tokenisation project with Socios.com.
“The purpose of creating the Fan Token is to connect people with their favourite teams and artists, in a very simple and effective way, with rewards that really make a difference for those who are true fans,” added Liqi’s CEO Daniel Coquieri when discussing the expansion of Fan Token products in esports.
Team oNe was founded in 2016 and gained notoriety mostly through CS:GO and Rainbow Six Siege competitions. In 2017, Team oNe a CBLOL (Brazilian League of Legends Championship) title. The organisation is part of Brazilian investment company OutField Consulting’s portfolio.
