Indian esports organisation GodLike Esports has secured a partnership with Indian fan engagement startup STAN.

STAN will provide GodLike fans with non-NFT digital collectibles. Moreover, the two companies will collaborate on activations and fan experiences.

GodLike Esports is one of the most popular esports organisations in India. The organisation has rosters in Battlegrounds Mobile India, Call of Duty Mobile and VALORANT. GodLike Esports also owns GodLike Bootcamp, the largest gaming and esports facility in India.

The partnership was facilitated by Numen Esports And Gaming, a new Indian talent management and content agency. GodLike is the first major esports organisation to sign with the brand, and the partnership with STAN is also the first one brokered by Numen.

Earlier this year, the organisation partnered with streaming platform Rooter to provide fans with exclusive content through the platform. In 2020, GodLike notably teamed up with Hong Kong esports organisation Nova Esports to jointly field a PUBG Mobile team, however, the team disbanded following PUBG Mobile’s ban in India later on in the year.

ESI is going to Singapore in July. To buy a ticket or find out more, click here.

GodLike Esports and STAN noted in a release that the main goal of the partnership is to ‘build an ecosystem for fans to connect with the team’, as well as provide services that are interesting to GodLike’s fan base. The two entities did not disclose any financial details of the partnership.

Speaking about the partnership, Nauman Mulla, STAN’s Co-Founder & COO, commented: “Entering into a strategic partnership with the biggest organization in India, GodLike Esports, was a no-brainer for us at STAN, as want to give access to all the GodLike superfans, all of that STAN is offering. We aim to work with all the major stakeholders in this esports ecosystem, which is why we are very excited about this partnership.”
