Russian buyers of eligible Kaspersky products will receive a three-month FACEIT Premium Subscription or a three-month NAVI community subscription on FACEIT. In Germany, buyers will receive 10,000 FACEIT Points or a two-month BIG community subscription on FACEIT.

In addition to FACEIT points and subscriptions, Kaspersky and FACEIT have announced a series of tournaments called Kaspersky Fearless Gaming Community Nights. The competitions will reward players with FACEIT points and Kaspersky subscriptions.

Lastly, Kaspersky will award interested FACEIT organisers that recommend Kaspersky products with 100-day trial licenses for its followers and commissions for Kaspersky products.

Ivan Imhoff, Vice President of Digital Business at Kaspersky, explained: “We are very pleased to be able to continue driving the topic of security in gaming together with FACEIT. The protection of data, financial resources as well as accounts, and the associated digital assets such as skins or equipment are very important to us.

“Through our offer and this partnership, we want to create an incentive for gamers to install protection solutions so that they can concentrate fully on their game while staying secure.”

According to the release, the partnership aims to broaden the appeal of antivirus software, as well as Kaspersky’s own gaming mode for their antivirus software. According to Kaspersky, the gaming mode does not hamper the gaming experience while providing protection from internet threats.

Kaspersky is one of the oldest providers of computer virus protection in the world. The security company has partnered with a number of esports brands and organisations in the past. Most recently, Kaspersky agreed on a partnership with UK-based esports organisation Fnatic.

Esports Insider says: FACEIT users in Russia or Germany that buy Kaspersky products will benefit from FACEIT points and subscriptions to NAVI or BIG. Other parts of the partnership, such as influencer activations and a tournament series, show that Kaspersky is keen on connecting with the esports and gaming audience.
