Speakers

Content lies at the heart of ESI Events which means the agenda for ESI London is jam-packed with two full days of top-tier panellists. This includes world-class speakers from all walks of life and industries, cherry-picked by Esports Insider.

Day 1 features representatives from some of the industry’s top leaders such as Alex Inglot (ESL Pro League), Robbie Douek (BLAST), Michelle Tierney (Guild) Claire Hungate (Team Liquid) and Caz Lacey (CAA).

Not to be overshadowed, Day 2 also has an array of sessions featuring names such as Wouter Sleijffers (EXCEL), Leeston Bryant (McLaren), Yasin Dabhelia (Bidstack), Ólafur Hrafn Steinarsson (Icelandic Esports Association) and Paris Smith (Pinnacle). Engaging topics

Speaking of sessions, a great conference is not just built of its speakers. Without engaging topics of discussion, there is little benefit. As such, ESI London will touch on a multitude of different talking points. This includes themes such as: ‘The Dotted Line – Esports’ Commercialisation’, ‘Partnerships & Revenue Growth’ and ‘Angels & Unicorns – Esports Investment, 2021’.

In addition, ESI London will also offer panels on esports’ communities, betting and the sector’s sustainability, alongside unique brand showcases.

A variety of ESI partners will also be supporting the sessions throughout the event. This includes the University of Warwick, Blinkfire Analytics, Pandascore, Hotdrop, 3D Aim Trainer, Populous, Abios, MADMONQ and fintech company Trustly.

Networking fun – it’s about who you’ll meet and how you meet them

Over the last 18 months, video calls have become a prime source for networking. However, face-to-face interaction can never be underestimated. ESI London’s agenda includes networking breaks with three designated areas to choose from.

The Playbox Networking Bar is located outside the main conference room with additional and ample seating areas close by. For those important sit down meetings, ESI has reserved the Beatbox space downstairs for the duration of the two days to function as the Networking Lounge. Within this space guests can take meetings, or catch up on emails.

ESI has also planned a few special activities, including MEETSPACE VR games (1v1 up to 4v4). The games will run throughout both days and are freely available to attendees. Moreover, evening activities such as Axe Throwing, in partnership with Hotdrop (Hotchop anyone?), and Pop Golf will ensure there’s more to do beyond just indulging in the included food and drinks.

Moreover, if brands are looking for more exposure in the esports industry then a range of media entities will also be present at ESI London. Esports News UK, Esports Charts, NSE, 80LV, Gameset and Swipe Right PR are among just some of ESI’s media and strategic partners for the event.

Location

ESI London will take place at BOXPARK Wembley, a 20,000 square foot dedicated events space in North West London.

Easily accessible by public transport, the venue is less than 25 mins from Waterloo and Euston respectively and just under 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. There are multiple accommodation options on-site to suit all budgets including the Hilton, Novotel and Premier Inn.

Value for money

ESI London ensures that attendees get value for money with an interesting and thoroughly curated agenda. The event will provide space and time for sponsors and partners to help learn, guide, and partner up with fresh talent and entrepreneurs in the esports space.

Your tickets include:

* Full access to the event (all content, and all networking areas & activities)

* Breakfast, lunch & dinner on both days

* Access to the drinks & social across the three evenings (7th, 8th & 9th)

* Access to the VR Gaming (MEETSPACE VR), Axe Throwing, & Pop Golf

Esports Insider’s Managing Director & Co-Founder, Sam Cooke, noted: “We’re over the moon to be back to our major conferences, & the event we’ve in-store will make people remember exactly why as good as they can be, online conferences just don’t cut the mustard when it comes to their offline cousins.

“We’ll have the very best food & drinks included for one and all attendees, as well as many excellent, and well considered sessions and speakers across both days. We wanted to ensure there are networking opportunities to suit all tastes too, and we’ve three networking spaces, open to all, from the lively bar side space, to the sit down, and the Beatbox lounge, as well as activities in the evenings which will certainly live long in the memory, dependent on how good your axe throwing skills are of course.”

ESI will also have pre-registration evening networking drinks and dinner parties with opportunities to meet new faces.

There is still time to register for the showcase and pre-event networking. For the five reasons above, and more, we hope you will join us over November 8th – 9th for our grand return to the major in-person conference space. We’ve missed you.
