Aleksey “xaoc” Kucherov, COO of Natus Vincere said. “We have made this decision based on the team’s successful results recently and the specifics of the RMR system, which effectively doesn’t allow a sixth player in the roster anymore.” Xaoc also mentioned that the team’s recent successful results also aided in deciding Flamie’s fate. However, he paid his respects to Egor’s contribution to the team and his discipline to play, saying “Despite the fact that Egor is a NAVI veteran, he is young, motivated, experienced, and has a fantastic aim. These characteristics are definitely demanded in ambitious teams.”
Flamie has won two MVP awards for the CIS giants and has played 12 major competitions for them. Considered one of the most titled players in the region; Egor has won IEM Katowice 2020, ESL One Cologne 2018, ESL One New York 2016. Finishing top three in over 40 LAN tournaments.
The 24-year-old will now play in the upcoming WePlay Academy League season with NAVI Junior, sharing his experience with the young squad. He remains free to explore any promising possibilities in the professional CS:GO scene.
