26 Aug Hamlinz & Daequan Leave TSM, Join NRG & Reveal $7 Million NRG Thoom House
Hamlinz and Daequan officially leave TSM and reveal the NRG Thoom House, where they will love alongside ten other content creators
The popular esports organization TSM FTX has finally confirmed the departure of former team members Daequan “Daequan” Loco and Darryle “Hamlinz” Hamlin. The two content creators remained missing in action over the last year and a half, and no one, not even those close to Hamlinz and Daequan, knew when and if they’d ever return to the public eye.
However, Hamlinz and Daequan resurfaced out of seemingly nowhere earlier this week. Many expected to see them under the familiar TSM banner, but that was not the case. Instead, rival esports organization NRG reached an agreement with the hilarious Twitch personalities.
Today, Hamlinz and Daequan officially became part of NRG as they continue their streaming careers, picking up where they left off more than a year ago.

It seemed hopeless until recently when missing posters started appearing in Los Angeles, California. The two soon cryptically confirmed that they had jumped ship from TSM to NRG. The former took some time to address the departure of Hamlinz and Daequan publicly, but it finally came full circle earlier today.
TSM posted a tweet today thanking Hamlinz and Daequan for their time with the organization. The tweet included a short compilation of some hilarious moments during their tenure with TSM. As Hamlinz and Daequan closed this chapter of their careers, another opened up with NRG. NRG hosted a stream to welcome their two newest members and announced a content house where the two will reside.

Hamlinz and Daequan’s new chapter in streaming had to wait a little longer than fans anticipated. The stream was set to go live at 1 PM PST, but fans anxiously waited through multiple lines of text while TSM clips played in the background. NRG’s Executive Producer, Grady Rains, reassured that the team needed a little more time.

Eventually, the stream got underway, and fans learned of the NRG Thoom House, where Daequan, Hamlinz and ten others revealed the 24K square foot property they’ll live on for the foreseeable future. Hamlinz and Daequan brought viewers on a journey through the Thoom House and introduced them to all of NRG’s newest content creators, including seven of their best friends. Ultimately, we learned the house cost NRG a whopping $7M USD and that fans can expect content every Thursday.
Many of these new creators are unknown to the masses, so it’ll be interesting to watch as their careers unfold with the help of NRG, Hamlinz and Daequan. It’s not clear when Hamlinz and Daequan will return to streaming, but they are back without question and plan to take over.
