Only the top 12 best teams will advance to the finals, which will be played between June 25th and June 30th. With no split groups, the teams will once again face each other and the best team will be crowned the victor.
Marcelo Camargo, NFA’s CEO, has highlighted his belief that NFA LATAM can unite the region and will bring even more competition to the Free Fire emulation scene.
He commented: “We understand that the emulator scene is strong not only in Brazil but in Latin America as a whole. The community needed this investment to accelerate the development of esports, aiming to bring sponsors to support this scene and give the chance for players who dream of becoming professionals. Our main objective is to connect audiences and bring new challenges to teams from different countries, aiming at the growth of the global emulator scenario.”
Esports Insider says: Free Fire emulation is huge and common in Latin America. Brazil is also a powerhouse in the Free Fire scene, partly due to the work of NFA to help build a more professional structure. With NFA LATAM, the league can expand the brand, which in turn will help gather more sponsors, influencers and numbers.
