18 May Galaxy Racer strikes Techxhub partnership
Dubai-based esports organisation Galaxy Racer has unveiled a PUBG MOBILE-focused partnership with regional gaming technology distributor Techxhub.
As a result of the partnership, Galaxy Racer’s PUBG MOBILE players will have access to game room setups powered by the technology distributor.

The rooms are expected to be equipped with SteelSeries gaming peripherals, Legion gaming PC’s, Vertagear gaming chairs, Thronmax streaming gear, and Playseat racing seats.

According to the release, Techxhub will look to utilise its partnership with Galaxy Racer to tap into the MENA and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market. The firm was most recently appointed by SteelSeries to become its regional distributor across India, Middle East and Africa. Techxhub’s other partners include Lenovo Legion, AOC Agon, Playseat, Vertagear, and Thronmax.

Alongside its PUBG MOBILE roster, Galaxy Racer also has a European League of Legends team which is set to compete in the Northern League of Legends Championships (NLC), Riot Games’ Nordic, UK, and Irish regional league. The organisation also competes in Rocket League, CS:GO and Dota 2, among others.
Esports Insider says: Partnering with Galaxy Racer will undoubtedly boost Techxhub’s presence in the Middle East. Moreover, the deal provides the organisation’s PUBG MOBILE players with access to high-end gaming spaces, which should help develop the team. Overall, this is a smart move by both parties involved.
