22 Apr Guild Esports Signs D7RL As Content Creator
Guild Esports is continuing to add to their pool of content creators with the signing of Dawson “D7RL” Berbuntes.
D7RL joins Guild Esports as they look to increase their Rocket League content offering. D7RL joins the Guild Esports’ crowing content offering alongside Nihachu, Snowmixy, Stevie White, Gee Nelly, TN25 & SoMarcus.
“I’m incredibly proud to welcome the first French-language content creator to Guild. It is imperative that we are able to provide authentic content to audiences in a manner that resonates with them”. Said Carleton Curtis, Executive Chairman of Guild Esports. “D7RL allows us to do this to the French-speaking community and we are excited about the content we’ll be able to create together and expand into this market.”
D7RL also had positive things to say about the partnership. “It’s a great honor to be joining Guild Esports at a time of incredible growth and success,” Said Berbuntes. “After the professional team’s recent win at the Spring European Regional I can’t wait to take the Rocket League content to the next level.”
Guild Esports continues to expand in 2021
Guild has been on a bit of a tear of late. Recently announcing their own Fornite gaming festival, the signing of multiple former FNCS winners Nikolaj “Flikk” Andreas Frøsle and Henrik “Hen” Mclean, Anas “Anas” El-Abd, Tai “TaySon” Starčič, and Jannis “JannisZ” Matwin.
While 2021 has been dominated by Fortnite for Guild, a recent slew of content creators has added more depth to the organization’s roster. The UK-based organization was hit with a lot of scrutiny when they first launched. However, they got their head down, hired the right people, and got on with things. Like everything, time will tell how successful the organization is, but the signs look good so far.
