10 Mar CoD: Methodz Benched By Toronto Ultra Ahead Of Stage 2
Toronto Ultra could be moving to an all European lineup
Stage 1 of the 2021 Call of Duty League season concluded last week. Toronto Ultra didn’t have the best start to the season, but the team looked good and they challenged the top teams. However, it seems as though the organization feels different, with Anthony “Methodz” Zinni revealing he has been benched ahead of Stage 2.
Before it comes from anyone else, I’ve been benched by Ultra. Not really sure what to say or do, this is my best game since WW2 and obviously wasn’t expecting this. Appreciate the support in advance

Methodz is Toronto’s Main AR player, and currently boasts the top K/D in every game mode for the roster. He has performed well this year, however, Ultra has taken the decision to replace him. His replacement? Well, we’re not sure yet. However, it’s likely to be their substitute, Jamie “Insight” Craven.
Insight is an English Main AR who signed with Toronto as a sub late last year. He has currently been dominating in the North American Challengers scene, winning the most recent $40K Open. This success may see him move on to the starting roster, leaving Ultra with a full European lineup.
We are yet to hear anything from Toronto on the matter but we expect a statement on the roster change shortly.
