09 Mar Dota 2: RdO Reportedly Leaves B8 Esports
Leonardo “RdO” Fernandes has left his position with B8 Esports.
Leonardo “RdO” Fernandes has reportedly left the B8 Esports Dota 2 team. The Brazilian player joined B8’s roster in January of this year and reportedly exited while the team is currently competing in the Snow Sweet Snow #2 tournament.
B8 had also signed two other Brazilian players to its roster in January 2021. Heitor “Duster” Pereira and Diego “Sexyfat” Barini are still playing for B8. RdO leaving comes after the team finished last at the CIS 2021 Dota Pro Circuit Season 1: Lower Division.
B8 is having a tough time firming up its roster as there have been numerous changes since January of this year. The organization has not confirmed the departure of RdO at this time. However, RdO hasn’t played with the team in eight days and they’ve played five matches without him. It will be interesting to see if any of the current stand-in players will be confirmed for the official roster.
B8’s current roster is:
- Danil “Dendi” Ishutin
- Diego “Sexyfat” Barini
- Sergey “[T]SA” Timchenko (stand-in)
- Heitor “Duster” Pereira
