13 Jan Dota 2: 5up Leaves B8’s Roster
After failing the qualify for the Upper Division, B8 is now down to four players.
The qualifiers for the Upper Division of the first League season in the Dota 2 Pro Circuit are over. Even though B8 completely changed its roster, the team failed to qualify for the event. As a result, one of their players, Enis “5up” Elfki, decided to leave the team.
What happened?
B8 was a new Dota 2 team that was created by Danil “Dendi” Ishutin in 2020. Although it featured some of the most prominent players in the region, it failed to live up to expectations. Consequently, the team went through various roster changes, especially for the upcoming 2021 DPC.
Even though they started to the qualifiers with an impressive victory, their good performances didn’t last so long. The team lost two series in a row, which left them in the Lower Division of the DPC League 1.
Following 5up’s decision, B8 is now down to four players. There are still four days until the Lower Division begins, which means that we will have roster changes soon. Currently, the team consists of the following players:
- Leonardo “RdO” Fernandes
- Danil “Dendi” Ishutin
- Diego Berini “Sexyfat” Santamaria
- Heitor “Duster” Pereira
